Abstract:
•A facile method for synthesizing fluorinated electron acceptors using the inverse electron demand Diels-Alder reaction. •Two novel fluorinated electron acceptors were synthesized through the Stille reaction. •Fluorinated conjugated polymers enhance electrochromic devices' performance, improving switching speed and stability.
