S. Kumar. (2025, June). Unified Strategies for Optimizing the Electrode-Electrolyte Interface in Aluminum-Metal Batteries. Oral presentation at the International Conference on Materials for Advanced Technologies (ICMAT 2025), Singapore
Abstract:
The electrode-electrolyte interface plays a crucial role in the anodic performance of rechargeable aluminum-metal batteries (RAMBs), a promising alternative to lithium-ion systems due to their cost-effectiveness and sustainability. However, surface passivation and associated high overpotential remain significant challenges, limiting their practical application. This presentation is an ensemble of three works aimed at optimizing the anode-electrolyte interface for better transport and thus enhance anodic performance.
