Abstract:
Macromolecular HA–EGCG conjugates undergo targeted internalization by CD44-overexpressing fibroblast-like synoviocytes and subsequently cause H2O2-induced cell death and inhibition of IL-6 secretion, thereby suppressing the progression of arthritis.
