Abstract:
Automatic skin layer segmentation in optical coherence tomography (OCT) images helps to study specific layers of the skin non-invasively. Existing works for this task deal with healthy skin only. We propose a method for segmenting skin’s layers in abnormal skin taking Keloids as examples. The proposed method outperforms related work and can be generalized to other segmentation tasks.
